Your insurance company may require that someone checks on your house even if you have an alarm. In some cases, we can be added to your emergency contact list with your alarm company. Our house sitting services are customized to fit your needs and your home.
This service is a stand-alone service intended for people travelling who do not have pets. Many snowbirds take advantage of our house sitting service for peace of mind while they are away. We send updates via email so that you are updated on how our house check went
House-sitting services may include:
- Indoor/outdoor plant watering.
- Mail & newspaper pick up.
- Rotating of lights.
- Outdoor jacuzzi checking.
- Opening and closing of curtains.
- Home security check.
- Replenishing outdoor bird feeders.
- Regular e-mail updates on each visit
- Basic pool maintenance
